私は、どんなに小さな植物にも名前がついていること、自然界が作る自然の造形、植物の不思議に魅せられています。iPhoneを使って、野外で黒い背景で植物を撮影しています。日本の伝統である和紙に出力することで、現代のテクノロジーと伝統文化を融合させた新しいボタニカルアートを目指しています。

I am fascinated by the fact that even the smallest plants have names, the natural shapes created by the natural world, and the wonders of plants. Using an iPhone, I am shooting plants outdoors on a black background. By outputting to Japanese traditional Japanese paper, we aim to create a new botanical art that fuses modern and traditional culture.

作家略歴

1963年生まれ　出身神奈川県茅ヶ崎市、現在横浜市在住

1986年　日本大学理工学部（現在薬学部）卒業　川崎の病院内薬局に4年半勤めた後

青年海外協力隊員としてアフリカ・ザンビアに2年派遣

帰国後に調剤薬局に勤務。

グラフィックアートに興味があり、病院勤務時に東京デザイナー学院二部を卒業

50歳を機にジョギングを始め、ゆるゆるランナーとして湘南国際マラソンを制限時間の

関門と戦いながら7回、マウイマラソン1回完走

2016年植物散策の友としてiPhoneを使用

2020年より作家活動を開始して、黒背景による植物写真作品を制作

Artist profile
Born in 1963, from Chigasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, currently living in Yokohama City
Graduated from the College of Science and Technology (now the College of Pharmacy) at Nihon University in 1986. After working at a hospital pharmacy in Kawasaki for four and a half years, she was dispatched to Zambia, Africa for two years as a member of the Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers.
After returning to Japan, she worked at a dispensing pharmacy.
Interested in graphic art, she graduated from the second division of Tokyo Designer Academy while working at a hospital
Started jogging at the age of 50, and asz a casual runner, she has completed the Shonan International Marathon seven times, fighting against the time limit, and the Maui Marathon once
2016 Used an iPhone as a companion for plant walks
Started her career as an artist in 2020 and created plant photographs with a black background
